DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Absolutely - On this website, we ship to the United States and the Rest of the World.

How do I track my order?
All orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to ship).
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

Order processing:
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. During Sales when there is a high volume of orders, please allow an extra 5 business days to process orders.
Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you.
Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during sale and peak trading periods therefore BRING IT ATHLEISURE cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES & DUTIES?
Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

Returns Policy
Inspection and Contact:
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, it is important to contact us immediately.Cash Refunds:

We will gladly accept exchanges or refunds for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery, provided all tags are still attached.Final Sale Items:
Please note that all other items are considered final sales. This means they cannot be exchanged or returned.Correct Size Selection:
Due to high demand and limited inventory, we cannot accept exchanges for items purchased in the incorrect size. Therefore, we kindly request you carefully choose the correct size before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. - Damaged items (Please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving your package.)
- Re-shipping fees for returned packages
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Lost packages (With incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses). Please get in touch with the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance.
- Packages verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please get in touch with the shipping carrier for further assistance.
- Reshipment fees for returned packages (With incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses)
- Damaged/Worn merchandise after more than 1 business day of receiving your package. We will offer you store credit for the inconvenience. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
We carry different products. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We can't always give a heads up about all product restocks as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function, so we can notify you when they're restocked.

WHERE ARE BRING IT ATHLEISURE PRODUCTS MADE?
All BRING IT ATHLEISURE products are designed in United States, Pakistan, and Asia. We work with different manufacturers all over the world, but most of our products are made in Asia. We only work with factories that provide good working conditions and fair labor.

READ LABEL
It seems like an easy one, but doing this first will help you avoid any washing, drying or ironing errors at the wrong setting. So read the care label and make sure you understand those symbols, too!

WASH CLOTHES INSIDE OUT
We're just being honest here - sweat, dead skin cells and bacteria accumulate on the inside of your garments, which can cause it to smell worse than your 3 day old protein shaker (yeah, sorry about that). By washing your clothes inside out though, will ensure a more thorough clean - that's a win!

AVOID THE TUMBLE DRYER
All that heat and agitation from tumble drying will shorten the lifespan of your sportswear and we don't want that! Wherever possible, air dry those 'fits to preserve their elasticity, logos, and prints for longer. Air drying will also save energy and greenhouse gas emissions, so you can do your bit for the environment when caring for your 'fits.
